We use multiple trusted courier partners in the UK (Royal Mail, Parcelforce, DPD and more) and we cannot guarantee which service your order will be shipped with but we always use the most appropriate shipping method applicable for the items you have ordered. All shipping will be tracked.
We deliver to more than 200 countries worldwide with global mail services. Prices will depend on the product and country. We are working towards providing the most cost effective international shipping.
We offer a generous Returns policy, giving you up to a month in certain situations to cancel your order! Full details below. Otherwise the statutory 14 day return limit is in place. If you want to return an item please email us on email@example.com
If the item is undamaged, completely unopened and unused in the original wrapping exactly as received, then you may return the item as unwanted for up to one month from the date you receive it! You will be responsible for postage costs and ensuring the item reaches us in the same condition received. Please note that if the item returned does not satisfy these requirements, we will not accept it.
This policy will NOT apply to trading card products including single cards and any other non-sealed products, the normal 14 days statutory returns period will apply here instead. This is due to the volatility of trading card game product market prices. Refunds will be processed as soon as possible and not later than 30 days after confirming receipt of the items.
Damaged or Faulty Goods
If you have received a faulty or damaged item you must inform us within 30 days of receiving the order. We will then offer a suitable resolution at no cost to yourself. We do reserve the right to refuse complaints, or levy suitable charges for issues raised after this period.
In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged or we made a mistake on your order or your item has suffered a manufacturing fault, then please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Most manufacturing faults can be quickly resolved via an email to the manufacturer. If you wish to return an item in these circumstances we will cover the postage costs for your return up to standard shipping.
You may cancel a pre-order for a full refund up until the order has shipped, which is usually one day before the official release date.

Box Break Returns
You are able to cancel your order for a box break no later than 24 hours before the live event. No returns will be accepted within 24 hours before the break or once the break has occurred.
